November 15, 200817 yr Earlier this year, my piano teacher got cancer for the second time, but this time in her bones. She fought hard, and seemed to be on the road to recovery. They all seem to be on the road to recovery. Then in an instant. Things. Change. This one's for you Kris. This is the first thing I played at the piano after her death. It just came to me. Regardless if it sounds like anything else. Regardless if some things may sound "copied." Regardless if someone on here says "oh this should be like this" or "this is actually this song" Regardless. This one's for you... I left out dynamics, because I (as well as she) believe that when one has passion in their music, phrasing and dynamics will come. Everyone is different. Please enjoy what I believe is one last gift from my piano teacher. ks.MUS kris's song.pdf ks.MID
November 15, 200817 yr Hi, I'm touched by the story of your piece, but I'm afraid I can't open it. If you could post a .pdf and a midi that would be really good.
