Convert MUS file to pdf

Featured Replies

Hi. Several years ago, a friend gave me a MUS file - a piece he wrote (using Finale) to honor my father who had just passed away. I lost the disk and just found it. I would like to see this without having to spend $600 to buy a piece of software. I am not a composer and have no use for finale. Can anyone help me convert this to a pdf? I've been searching forums and googling but I find instructions for converting from inside Finale. Thanks in advance for your help.

You actually have been googling to no success?

Here's a STICKY from this forum: http://www.youngcomposers.com/forum/converting-notation-into-pdf-mus-sib-pdf-15157.html

The name of the above thread, says it all, and what you've asked is a continuous question...

Then again, you need someone to convert it for you, and not the converters themselves... Send me the file (through a PM, or attach it here), and I'll make it into a PDF if you want! :)

I think he's saying he has a .mus file but doesn't own Finale.

if that doesnt work you can send it to me and ill convert it for you. :)
