Without seeing a score it IS rather difficult to comment.

What I heard, however, does not convince me that the harp part is in fact playable.

I think he might be scared that someone will steal his score.

But upon listening, I don't think the harp part will be possible either. You might want to look at an orchestration book as to how to use the harp.
