Puppet's dance

Recently, I've written a piece of piano music. I called it 'Puppet's dance'.

(I like 20th century music style - Prokofiev, Shostakovich, Stravinski).

Huh? Your other thread was fine. You could've easily bumped it. Oh well.

Anyways, it's very cool. It reminds me a little of Prokofiev's concerto in g minor, I think the last movement with the hopping bass. The only problem I have is you tend to taper off, which I'm assuming is a musical effect. But I think it's a little too much and takes away the focus of the piece. Other than that, it's quite good.

I like Prokofiev's second sonata (especially second movement - Allegro marcato). But my inspiration was Eliot's 'The hollow men'. (That's why I've titled it 'Puppet's dance')

I even want to compose a cycle of miniatures which will be based on Eliot's poem :).
