Hey Ron,

What exactly inspired you to mix the orchestra with electric guitar and drum set? Obviously it has been done in the past, 'Guns and Roses' comes to mind, but those are cheesy ballads. This is very unique!

It's like, controlled randomness (part 1). I, in a way, get lost, but you always guide me back. A very enjoyable experience when listening. Also your brass textures and quick articulations sound great. Very expressive. I think I am more of a fan of the second part - but that's just me.

Very mysterious at the beggining, I love the percussion smshes and hits and rythms everywhere! You've done an amazing job, but I don't understand how it's planning...

I'm a horrid reviewer without a score, so I'll just say it's amazing! I love all the hits and growls and everything coming together.

I much rather say unconvincing, cliche, and a bit incoherent. Sometimes sounds like a weaker imitation of Vangelis + Andrew Lloyd Webber.

I'm sorry but I don't buy the sound field. The drum set has the same width as the whole orchestra - makes no sense. The drum roll sweeping across is a trite effect which seems out of place in the context of your more original orchestration.

I guess I don't inderstand your aim - with those high quality samples a very realistic sound stage is possible but the drums are totally unrealistic - the Jolly Green Giant drums with the New York Philharmonic.

The idea of a guitar and rock band drum set with an orchestra is fine but ... the effect here is very schizophrenic unless you had some such motive.

I really like the last movement. Well, I like them all if I ignore the !$@# drums but the last movement succeeds very well in setting the mood you describe.

Some people think like this.

If the round peg does not fit in the square hole, then there must be something wrong with one or the other. One of the two must be designed incorrectly or there was a mistake during their construction.

Others realize that both were made exactly as they were supposed to be and each has its own place where it fits perfectly.

I don't know if you're familiar with Bruce Broughton, the film composer, but this is very reminiscent of some of his synth scores. Totally works for me.

I love the time you put into your tracks- I hate to say it, but I don't know if I have the skill or energy!

wow innovative, this is really interesting.. you often find classical in a rock context but hardly ever rock in a classical context. i think you could have perhaps used the drums to greater effect,,, all they really seem to do is tom tom fills and cymbal hits. try to get them groovin'! good dynamic contrast... towards the end it starts to descend into melancoly...id say add a greater melodic element to it
