Hey everybody.

For everybody interested, I finally got the time to put up the second part of the tutorial online, which explains composition and orchestration principles of this track. If you want to read it, head over to:

Making of "The Last Survivor" - Part II

Robin,

Wherever you are standing on this huge orb called earth, you are on top of the world.

Your orchestrations overcome the escape velocity of not just the earth but the sun. You... are galactic!

You are of the Williams, Elfman ilk.. no doubt about it.

Good luck! and congrats in advance for the Oscar that you will someday own.

Wow this tutorial rocks :o

I am sure i am going to read it again a few times, to completely understand the way you composed this :)

Your piece sounds very good, and I'd say it wont be long before you are composing the big "hollywoodesque" movies :D

Nice job! Reminds me of John Williams in places-I could see the starships flying by on an alien planet. Keep it up!

Amazing work! How long have you been composing and arranging?

Thanks alot guys! Glad you like the tutorials and the piece!

Internal Methods: I started writing music when I was about 10 and moved on to orchestral at the age of 14/15 so it's been 10/11 years now.

All the best

Robin
