Send Them North

Hahaha I love the little brass fanfare section, if you will. I like the character of this piece. The harp adds a nice touch as well, keeping a mysterious element with its tranquil scales and arpeggios.

I think the string melody could be developed a bit more; just me saying. The fanfare section is fine how it is, it should be short since it interludes with the more orchestral section. Other than that, this is a nice cute little piece :)

This is a delightful piece. I must say though that I was expecting something a little bit more dramatic and emotive - especially given the description you gave the work.

it's not supposed to be the night before an intense war, it's more like a feast before a pretty much obvious victory.

AS piece?

Nice work. The only thing I have a comment about is that cymbal crashing so much in what I presume to be a refrain of sorts (?). It's almost like there's a kid sitting in the middle of a kitchen banging pots together, if you catch my drift. It's almost humorous in that way, so I honestly don't know what to make of it.

Very old-school Final Fantasy! It's cute. Very happy <3

Hmmmm.........not the most appropriate name TBH - even if it is for a obvious victory, people are still going to die, surely the soldiers aren't going to be exactly delighted with going to battle.

It's a nice piece overall, not much bad about it. However, I felt that it got repetitive, too repetitive for my tastes. It just seemed like it was mostly one brass fanfare and then a harp playing scales....something to fill the space and then the brass fanfare again. Although nice for making the main theme clear, it would have been nice to see some orchestration variety, like different key, different instruments, more of the *keeping me to my seat* effect.

Apart from that though, very enjoyable to listen to, and really brought a smile to my face :)

I enjoyed this piece. Very upbeat, nice brass section. Well done :]
