SergeOfArniVillage
Ok, I'll do this: I'll see if I can completely improvise something in 48 hours time. I very much doubt it (as I've never been much of an improviser), but it can't hurt.
SergeOfArniVillage
http://www.box.net/shared/k7p1n3jxua MP3 http://www.box.net/shared/krjsf1andq PDF Ugh...here's my entry. I kind of hate it, (you can tell it's just a sloppy improv) and frankly don't think it'll win, but at least I tried. I did no revision, and posted everything on Sibelius without changing anything, and went as far as I could go without making the piece even worse by becoming aimless. SergeOfArniVillage
Haha, good for them! :D I think I'll just stick to composing and kind of skip the whole improv thing <_<
benxiwf
I liked this contest. Although I didn't really take it as a whole one take improv and just kind of tinkered until I came up with a basic idea that I am now expanding upon to make a full piece out of.
