I would like somebody to arrange this better so that it sounds good..like really high quality if possible. Changing instruments if needed.

You've got some good ideas here. My only comments are on the orchestration. Celesta are very soft instruments. Great care HAS to be taken in writing for them. Pretty much the same thing with Recorders. Your ideas here are good! I would recommend viewing our masterclass to better familiarize yourself with orchestration - trust me, they definitely help.

I tried before, but it's SO hard to understand!

Then what you need to do is just follow what the masterclass says to the letter. Winds should be supported - for instance when you have brass in score, you cannot put a single woodwind against blaring trumpets. The woodwind would be completely overpowered. 3:1 = 3 woodwinds for 1 brass is a much better balance. All this is covered in the masterclasses to great extent - and there are even exersizes you can do as well. Celesta and Recorders are both soft instruments and would easily be drowned out in heavier textures. I would just read the masterclass and then refer to it when you go to orchestrate your ideas. Write them out on 2 stave systems first... then referring to the masterclass orchestrate them appropriately. That way, say you want celesta and trumpet to share a moment, you can orchestrate accordingly.
