I was trying to link a member to the network guidelines section when I realized that it is not shown in the IPboard skin. I investigated further to find that it is only in the YC classic, not the IP Lo-fi, IP, or Young Composers skins/themes. I think this is essential to have at the top of every skin to ensure that any new members are able to figure out how to do things, and will look at the code of conduct if they see it, something else essential for a good community. When/if you have the time I think it would be best to add this. Thank you!

We'll do it. We still need to make a new navbar anyways, we'll match them on all the skins. Thank you for reminding me of the missing subnav on the other skins.
