No, i was confused by that a little too.. just means don't expect for it to definitely work out.. there's a low chance. that's all it means.

How did you get yours to sound so good?? omg.. those are really fast notes, what is the grouping? It's so awesome...

well, I wrote this just now for an introduction screen. it's called "indestructible". i've attached two versions. one's an mp3 recording of my soundcard's interpretation of the midi, one is softsynth.

Is it too late to submit? I have a nice ragtime piece that I composed as game music. (Got the idea from the dark level in earthworm jim, if anybody remembers that game.)

Whew...

... we had a considerable amount of difficulties of all kinds during the last month, but we're not resigning yet. Besides motivation downs and things like that we had to re-structure the majority of the code. That is one awful lot of work, if you know what I mean. During the last weekend we could finally pick up previous tasks again.

Also we've shortened the content of the VS game mode by quite a bit, so that we can be more confident about the completion of the whole thing...

Game development sounds so enticing at first, but people keep telling you that it's not just a cakewalk. I kind a experienced what they were all talking about ;]

Hellolo!

Some of you might have noticed that we have established a small forum with our last update.

As stated in the forum our 0.9 release is soon to be expected. We mainly focused on getting those last changes done so that our basic shape is more or less finished. From 0.9 to 1.0 release there's a list of minor changes that is yet to be performed. That includes implementation of background music, so I will soon pick the tracks that will make it into the final game, but 0.9 has currently priority ;]

That basically means that you will soon have a playable version of Plussion - not a perfectly balanced one, to say the least, but the rough shape will be there for everyone who likes to enjoy it.

As soon as the 0.9 is finished it shouldn't really take long until 1.0...

Here's the forum, if you feel like talking ;]

We didn't really promote that a lot, so don't expect too much activity before 0.9 release.

Talk to you soon!

Let's hope you're eager to see it :]

We're as good as finished, i will have a playable beta by tomorrow and if everything is alright, then I will share it by the start of the new week.

I'm sorry I came up with the empty promise that you will see screenshots or a video, but the process itself had topmost priority and I'm happy with the outcome.

Well, as providing screenshots isn't really that much work... I have no clue what you might expect, but this is what it actually really looks like ;]

This is what the single player looks like, largest grid size:

This would be the Local Versus, smallest grid size:
