You can sign up for free, browse projects, bid on projects, and even post projects all for free. Once you get hired you will pay a fee of 5% or $5. If you hire someone you will pay a fee of 3% or $1 whichever is greater. Although this is a new website and there isnt much activity on it yet, you should still sign up. You can choose to get e-mail notifications when someone posts a project in your area of expertise so you don't even have to keep coming back to check for new projects. They will arrive in your inbox!
