Text in "Nav Bar" (?) out of place

I don't know what to call the "navigation" bar at the top other than that, navigation bar. But anyways it isn't displaying properly on my browser.

On the main forum page and on any forum thread (including while I'm posting this) the top looks like the above picture, with the "Home, Feed, Music" etc all out of place, and the "Sign Out" button somewhat below the line at the top.

However, on every other page it displays properly:

I'm using Safari 5.0.3 on Mac v10.6.6

Anyone else having this problem?

Note: The sign out button has always been out of place for me, but it didn't really bother me. However today is the first time that the buttons on the "nav. bar" have been displaced.

Yeah I am too. This appears only in Safari. I am going to forward this to Chopin.
