February 17, 201115 yr Hey guys, so...not sure at all where to post this. I was looking through the boards but nothing seemed to fit this criteria of question x) My computer got a virus last year and I was unable to retrieve anything before it ultimately was killed by the virus. I say that due to having a professional computer tech guy fixer...whatever you call them, come in and try to fix it. He couldn't and all my beloved songs and mp3's were gone. I have a much better computer now however, as the problem I said earlier happened, all my mp3's were gone. Now for my question, is it possible to retrieve the mp3 file you upload onto here? I have several songs that I uploaded on here before my computer crashed that I really would like to have the mp3 again, and this is the only site I uploaded them to. Any help, greatly appreciated!
February 17, 201115 yr A moderator may be able to help you, but if not you might be able to record the streaming audio that's playing through your sound card (unfortunately I don't remember any decent free programs to use for that). Granted, it's a pain because you have to sit through each song as you record, though it's better than nothing.
