Abisso - piano and violin

I wrote this over a couple of nights when I was kept awake by my insomnia. It's an short elegy for piano and violin.Please note that a couple of notes disappeared when I exported the file. I was not able to fix the problem.

The piece is pretty nice, I think some of you chord choices are very nice, especially in that second section. Good job.

I have a score, but I'm unable to convert it to a pdf-file because I don't have the administration rights to this computer. I can try to upload the sibelius file, but I'm afraid you won't be able to open it. Anyway, thanks for the nice words! Any suggestion on what I could have done better?

I like the harmony used in your composition. Please be careful at bar 22 as the violin and piano are have the same note A, and if the violin is out of tune, this could be heard.I do not understand from bar 25-bar 33. could you please explain further.

I felt that the piano part is abit too much and too heavy on the piano. structually the climax part is appearing too fast. I look at it more like a development, but the irregular phrase makes it hard to listen. the first 24 is very impressive with beautiful harmony with the use of borrowed chords, good choice of rhythm and structure.

i suggest keep the piano part simple at the bars 25-33, that would solve the problem. if you have any thoughts or questions please feel free to ask me.

Thanks for your comment! I'll try to find another solution at bar 22. I was trying to build up a climax from bar 25, but I see what you mean when you say it appear to fast. I could try to make the development longer and smoother, I'm not so sure if I want to change what I've already written, maybe exept from bar 33. I guess I could make another version where I make the piano part a bit mor gentle, but first I will try to make a longer development.
