Lost Within The Moment

I really like the percussion that comes in at around :37. I wish i had repeated a few more times before cutting out, it was a really catchy feel. The part at 1:06 where everything stops kind of caught me off guard. I expected it to immediately escalate into a more intense version of the previous beat, but it did the exact opposite with a prolonged silence and back to the solo melody. I think the full on percussion is the strong point and should be given more time to shine.

Cool track, Marinus!

0:12 is good times.

Then you break out the chip tune. Nifty. Since you repeat this one element throughout the entire piece, I would have fun putting it through various filters to change the sound and keep it fresh. Throw whatever plug-in you want at it. It will be awesome.

lol. You build up to 0:40 and then leave us hanging! I like the effect.

hahaha. At 1:10, totally expecting the epic breakdown. Then I thought the piece was over. Then you brought back in the ostinato. You're such a card, Marinus =P.

Ncely done, Marinus. Now make it longer! =)

I like it. Honestly, I think you could repeat every motive MANY more times, stretch the piece out to like 8 minutes, and I would still be listening to the whole thing. The melody, drum pattern, and other effects are all awesome in their own unique ways. I could probably listen to that drum loop all day. Great sounds!
