The July 2012 Monthly Competition

Alright I have decided on what I am doing! I started at 1o'clock this morning lmao, ONLY because I had the good idea that I didn't want to fade. The book I chose: The bible. I am writing about Noah's journey on the Ark in the intense storm that wept out all of mankind except for what was on that boat. You will LOVE it. Do I still have to write the scripture when I post my piece?

you say nothing on judging here :( well, I'm still at camp and I have at least 6 commissions due this month, but I can still judge!

So, to clarify, does the work have to be wholly started as of today? I have a cantata that I've been meaning to use the themes of to arrange into a suite, but would that be outside the range of the competition because its an arrangement of already written material?

Uni's finally over so I'd like to take part if that's ok.

I'd be up for another competition, so long as I am not taking the place of someone else. =D (So, assuming there are slots, I am interested.)

It has to be based on any form of 2 dimensional literature. At least from what I read.

All right!!!! We may have full stock this time!!!! I already have big competition, I see. I don't do large ensemble stuff often, but I really think that I can win a good spot in this competition.

To upload music, look for the "Upload Music" button at the top right of the webpage. This will take you into the uploading interface, which is pretty intuitive. The scores and MP3 files are both uploaded there.

I would like to join too, if there's room!
