Half Step Glissando For Strings

I'm trying to use glissando with 1st violins, it is a half step from Db to C. However, using smartshape Glissando doesn't creates the real playback; it simply stays on C from the begining. But if I write a glissando from E to C, it plays Db to C! Is there any way I Finale could play the write notes? I use 2010 Finale with GPO.
