Crash Bandicoot style theme

Featured Replies

Hi everyone!

This is kind of a fun piece I composed in the style of the early Crash Bandicoot music. Both my sisters and I have been playing these games like crazy and the music was always something special. So this is also kind of a tribute to Josh Mancell, composer of the ps1 Crash games.

Enjoy and please let me know what you think!

I can't honestly speak to the accuracy of the style imitation, but the only thing I find odd was mixing the Mixolydian and Major modes in the F major section at the end.

But as far as I can tell, it's pretty good and stays consistent throughout.

Thank you very much! I thought that mixolydian mode would bring a kind of mood that I wanted to, and It did. I can see nothing odd about it, but thank you for your point :)
