[WIP] In the Jungle

So this is my third attempt at composing a jungle tune. I included the midi file if you want to improve it.

Unfortunately, OS El Capitan has prevented me from using Logic for a bit now so I will be unable to go into the file itself.
The middle section is really quite great and starts on a wonderfully unexpected chord. The beginning in C major using a heptatonic scale is a little bit strange still. The last part has the drums come in and out of alignment with the melody, so I can only assume that it was purposeful, though it was a bit strange to hear...
