Now I'm scared to end the piece since it's going to be so radically and uncomfortably different... :ermm:

@Maarten Bauer can do some magic and set it up, the factor lies in the transition though. It will be nothing short of awesome however, the sudden change will be shocking as well as mesmerizing.

Here is my part.

I tried to make a sort of bridge between the fast part of Ilv, but I also wanted to have some swing in it. The Adagio part is meant to make it easier for @Monarcheon to compose a more classical part. I hope you like it.

I have attached the score in PFD so that you can see which notes below to which instrument.

I loved the slower tempo part, it's awesome!

I encounter a problem now though, my plan was to merge everything together not in their audio file state, but rather as .midi files (notes), then assign instruments to them. Unfortunately I don't have matching VSTi, I'll try to find something that fits though.

Does this version represent it accurately? Does it sound good enough? I don't know how the alto saxophone sounds incredibly different, but I assume the marimba(s) at least sound good enough. Still struggling with uploading issues..

The marimba can be clearer The passage beginning in m.17 is namely barely audible.

The alto and marimba seem to sound in two different keys. . . Or at least some notes are not correct. What I always do, is I give the saxophone part the sound of a bassoon. This makes it at least sound something like saxophone played with classical embouchure. Maybe you can do that too and this might also fix the 'tonality' problem.

@Maarten Bauer, I love your contribution. I had to tweak the end of mine or otherwise the transition from mine to yours would be awkward.

Wonderful! The baroque influence is evident, but the modern syncopations make it so cool! Love the transition!

Here's mine.

Epic! I will create a transition that makes the change to your part more smooth!

Thanks! What could be cool is if you end your piece with a buildup on the dominant or something with a crescendo so the cluster chord comes out of nowhere.

Great idea, I will share it tomorrow!

@Monarcheon, I love your contribution too.

I'm worried it might be too out there...

I have tried to make a transition based on the V7 of F minor as @Monarcheon suggested.
Hopefully, it is good enough.
