June 10, 20187 yr I'm not sure that's the right place to post this question. It bothered me for the last few days and I wonder if anyone here can recognize what instrument is it exactly. At first I thought it was some sort of oboe but I really don't know. I also believe that it can't be seen on screen. It's not the horns.
June 12, 20187 yr Oboe was definitely my first guess. My second guess was a clarinet in its high register, but it has that ducky sound that's more characteristic of the oboe. My next best guess would be a cor anglais, but... yeah I'm still pretty sold on the oboe.
