Sailing at Night

Featured Replies

This is a short piece I wrote. I always thought it sounded like it could be something out of a Tim Burton Movie. Hope y'all enjoy!

Seeing the notes would help.

But it's ok that way too.

The synth choir/pad feels a little too loud to me.

I think that you should keep the piano louder than the others and keep developing it further and further.

I think that you actually developed it but I couldn't hear it very well because of the synths/other instruments.

I think that you should use the synths as a background for the piano but you really don't have to.

My other point- I felt it especially at the end, your instruments are sometimes jumpy.

I think that it should be a legato, just like the water you sail on.

But maybe you tried to convey something else with the jumpy melodies?
