September 11, 20196 yr Hi there! Welcome to the forum! I wish you had posted the video that goes along with this track so we could see them together. The synth sounds are nice, and the compression is pretty standard for EDM. at 1:25 you have a chance to really crank up the intensity with the melodic synth you brought in, I think you could have done more with that (increase velocity, maybe pan things differently, do a filter sweep, etc.). Also, there's a sound that reminds me of clipping, I think you may have one of your compression settings turned up pretty high - if that's the effect you wanted, you got it for sure. The loops are decent. It's more of a texture piece that might benefit from a stronger melodic statement. Keep writing! Gustav Johnson
October 12, 20196 yr Most of it's good. Treatment of non harmonic tones is sometimes a little strange, like with neighbor motion to and from the minor ninth (especially when the interval is not based on the tonic).
