Somebody knows who is the performer in this aproach on BWV 914?

I love his aproach on the adagio, most performers do the passage that starts in  the measure 20 (3:34 in the  video)  of the adagio very slowly and delicate but he or she does it very passionate, that it feels like the red carpet for the fugue.
