It sounds good to me. Very Pachelbel-like. One of the first pieces I wrote was a Pachelbel-like canon for woodwinds which you can see here:

 

Very good! It's a very baroque tradition and I applaud you for following it very nicely. contrary to what is written above me I think it fits more in line with Handels passacaglia in G minor, at least that's what I think it harkens too more. very well written though of course. I am not the most familiar with the instrumentation so I'm assuming it's all possible The only suggestion would be maybe give the poor tuba player something to do otherwise you'll have the complaining like Cellists do for pachabel. Look forward to hearing more!

I would call this piece a Passacaglia rather than a Canon...technically the infamous Canon in D is also passacaglia. Not a wind player so can't get THAT technical, but some of those figures in the horn parts (around measure 29) seem difficult, plus the range is a little too high for horn.
