Minuet in F

Featured Replies

This minuet might be better described as a scherzo.

Crossed voices in m. 10.
Extra harmony would be nice on notes immediately succeeding the chords (half + quarter), otherwise it sounds a bit too terraced.

Nice! I really like this piece, it has something unique about it. I like the variation both in melody and accompaniment.
Maybe it's easier to read bass notes in staccato on the first part?

Thank you for listening and commenting. I did end up rewriting it with the cross voice correction and an alternative bass that sounds less terraced but after printing it out I deleted it off my phone, I wish I uploaded it now. It didn't occur to me at the time to just use articulation to get that staccato rhythm, I agree it would be easier to read and less fussy. 🙂
