Wrist Cracking -

Featured Replies

My wrist cracks about 20+ times per song I play. How can I stop this.. I've tried shaking and stretching them, but nothing is working.

Amputation?

Transplant?

Seriously, I have no idea...see a doctor?

That's not quite normal; make an appointment with a chiropractor.

my wrists crack, just not while i'm playing stuff. i can just twist them and they crack.

My wrist cracks almost every time I move it. Not a lot can be done about it that I'm aware of.

Where's CalTechViolist?! He's practically a doctor right!?

Amputation?

Transplant?

Amputation? Well, that would definitely solve the wrist-cracking problem. It might be a little difficult to play after that...

My wrists crack whenI play, and I play vibes. I'm assuming you play piano, which I don't know much about, but when I play synth, my wrists never crack.

...You could try putting them in braces. Yeah, you wouldn't be able to play and you'd look a little strange, but hey, no one'll notice.
