Violin Sonata No. 1 (Mozart...K6, I believe)

Featured Replies

Does anyone know where I can find the music for this? I've searched for it on Google, but I can't find it.

I think I found it on Amazon. Check there. :)

People actually listen to early Mozart.... ... ..... I think I heard that piece ( I downloaded the whole set recently, some of the later ones are marvelous) and, hmm, it is not really to my liking.

Have you checked the sheet music archive?

You could try Shar music. I haven't played it yet, but it really is a sonata for piano with violin accompianment.

You might try CLASSICAL MUSIC ARCHIVES: Mozart

Free membership allows you to download a few files in a day. I found a K.6 there under Nannerl's Notenbuch, K.1-9 (Mozart's very first compositions) .

IMSLP is the website I use for sheet music.

Violin Sonata K.6 (Mozart, Wolfgang Amadeus - IMSLP/Petrucci Music Library: Free Public Domain Sheet Music)

The most reliable website of the complete edition of Mozart's work is the Digital Mozart Edition (DME) where you may download any score for free (including the respective critical report, in German).
