Question..

Would it be possible to add a ''set yourself visible to members of your buddy list only'' option?

If I can figure out a resource-friendly way to add this in, I will do. :P

I guess I will post my question here as well since we are on the topic of adding little details to the site. Would it be possible to add a deal that counts the number of posts in the day/week/month and so on. This would not neccessarily be a list that would show the posts, but rather just a count of the amount of posts.

You mean the number of posts overall? Or for individual members, or what?

Yes, overall. Not individual. I can figure that out by looking at all of my posts and counting the colored icons. Easy. However, I would like to know how many posts for each day and the total for the week and the total for the month of everyone on the site. I have found myself wanting to know this a few times.

I love statistics!

I'm still curious about the number of pages sent per day and which members have sent the most. That could be interesting information :D

Anyways, I just want to support Letehn's idea.

Oh, and I have a question of my own :P

Why is it that when you go to the member list and click "F", it takes you back to the main page?

Do we even have any members whose names start with f??

It's quite clearly a conflict between the friendly URLs we use, but I haven't been able to figure it out thus far. Will post here when it's fixed.

Whew, rough one to track down, but the request originally put forward in this thread should now be fulfilled. If someone has you added to their buddy list, you should now be able to see them in all online lists (with +* appended to their username) and you should also be able to see their location and last active time in the profile view.

I looked into adding a per-user option to enable/disable this feature, but gave up because it seemed far too complex to do so. Instead, I suggest that if you want to remain invisible to a certain person, you simply ensure that they are not on your buddy list. :D

P.S. Memberlist thing has been sorted out now too.

You amaze me, Mike... I take of my hat for your computer sorcery.. I kiss your cheeks. and so on. Truly great.

I love it (and you..)

.. Uhh, I mean: Thank you. Privacy: 1 Big Brother: 0

who told you that

Damn, and here I was thinking that was a well-kept secret.

I love.. chocolate

I'm not sure. My guess is that text browsers would have difficulty rendering these types of pages, though.
