If one was added, it would only include people whose last action on the board was actually posting a shout...I've tweaked the code to only update people's location when they view the archive or shout, not when it auto-refreshes (otherwise, you get a whole bunch of users set as "Viewing the Shoutbox" when they are in reality just viewing the board index).
