April 21, 200718 yr Hallo!Why I can't mostly add new threads? Judging by your recent posting history, you tried to start a new thread in the Competitions forum. Only staff members are permitted to start threads there - it allows us to exert greater control over the competitions we run (i.e. stops members starting them up themselves and detracting from the officially organised ones). You should be able to start new threads in the vast majority of the other forums, though.
