  1. Past hour
  2. I like that comment! Also did you listen to Chopin op 60 before? It is also a Barcarolle.
  3. Those wierd parts are also kind of Prokofiev...
  4. A rare example of program music for me. If I can find that Noteflight comment... Forgot to tell you; Barcarolle is a rare example of program music, music that tells a specific story, in my compositional output. It is like the rustic dance interrupted by a storm thing in Beethoven's Sixth Symphony in F, though in my Barcarolle, the story is that some folks with no Nautical Knowledge chartered a boat, like in Gilligan's Island, and went merrily out to sea, or out of port at least. A storm brews, and these dorks are in fear of their lives, but the storm passes, and they go back to shore and get drunk and dance, but of course they are drunk, so the dance is a bit staggered!
  5. Great Barcarolle too. I prefer this toccata though
  6. Nice! Some parts are wierd, but mostly very good.
  7. Yes, it is my kind of #1 hit with my brother!
  8. Nice! I am going to check the Barcarolle now.
  9. Toccata, Barcarolle were from a piano suite I wrote in 1996, mainly in bars and coffeeshops!
  10. Nice toccata! Well Written.
  11. Today
  12. Yes i would like to have feedback on my composition. Particular areas of interest, how you view it's changes in motifs and melodies and your overall opinion as a piano piece!

  14. My tribute to the current state of the world.
  15. I DID NOT WRITE THIS! Well, I did, 29 years ago. I am not that man, without going into details.🀣

  17. Try this, the closest Rock thing to a classical piece...
  18. Despite the weak (for Beethoven) last, choral movement. The choral writing is good, if anyone can sing it! The loose theme and variations form doesn't quite hang together...
  19. Yeah I love all three of them as well! But not my most favourite Symphony! Mine is the ninth!
  20. Voted, and it is as I thought, the seventh! Apotheosis of the dance...did Schumann say that? If anyone just said to me "what does a Beethoven symphony sound like?" I would put this on first, not the fifth! But taking another look at the voting results, what's wrong with the second, fourth, and eighth? πŸ˜†
  21. You know, I may have been trained in classical composition, but I am a classic rock fan too! RIP, or not...the cat had a great voice!
  22. For guitar fans like me! It just popped up.πŸ˜†
  23. Hey Elma! Nice start in a lot of areas. Is this something you’re looking for feedback on? If so, what level of feedback?
  24. Birds Like Minor Thirds-Interval Teaching Catch Free Sheet Music by W.A. Mozart, transcribed by Robert Fox, and the birds. for Various Instruments | Noteflight Just for fun, s*its and giggles...
  25. I really should get the other two in...πŸ˜›
  26. This is my most popular piece on the internet. My brother almost wants to make love to me over it. I think it is a good piano piece. I wrote it in some bar or coffeeshop in 1996. Thoughts?🀣 Barcarolle Free Sheet Music by Robert C. Fox for Piano/Keyboard | Noteflight
  27. Hello @gigashahriar and welcome to the forum! I'd be happy to listen to your original piano piece, but I can't find a link anywhere for where I could listen to it? Am I missing something?
