I do, on a regular basis. I tend to find that the more abstract and challening the music, the more tight-knit the community. We try to support each other's endeavours as much as possible - and you'll find it's usually "New Music" ensembles, or jazz orchestras; ensembles with a bit more edge who lean slightly to the left that are doing most of the commissioning and supporting living/emerging artists. That's the body and soul of these groups - vibrant and living new music.
