I'm with Stirling. Take your time and be patient. When you know enough to know what you need to learn, you'll really have made some progress. That sounds like a basic thing, but it actually implies a pretty advanced grasp of the big picture, so don't worry too much about it for now. Just keep working, keep listening, keep asking questions and reading. You'll grow at the pace you are supposed to. It's about the long term result. Not the fastest path. You would do better to learn things thoroughly and take your time, really. Appreciate what you do; don't just rush through forcing yourself to move on to whatever the next big thing might be. You'll lose a lot that way.
