March of the Snowflakes is an orchestral miniature written in a quasi march tempo, inspired by the playful motion of falling snow. This piece was composed as a small seasonal contribution to the Christmas Challenge 2025. I would be very grateful for any feedback, comments, or suggestions. Although I am only an amateur composer, I guess like everyone, we long in a corner of our souls to compose a great work. The Mass is a traditional musical form that challenges the composer to compose for instruments, choir, and solos at the same time. I don't assume that my compositions will be grand and spectacular. Neither is the Kyrie, the first movement of my Missa Sancti Martini Mass. But composing this little piece brought me joy and I really like the sound of it. The scoring of the instruments, solo and chorus is specific because I based it on the possibilities at hand. Maybe one day I will hear it live, it would be a wonderful experience for me. I will gladly accept your critique and recommendations. I used a sound library of multiple violins because I don't like the sound of solo violin in Musescore. What do you think? Should I continue composing other parts of the mass?

It's probably too late, but I only got around to finishing my little composition today. I wish you all a wonderful new year! Although late, but hopefully my little piece will at least make you happy. Hurray to the snowy countryside for a sleigh ride.

Of course, I had no intention to lie to anyone, lol, but it was my first time posting a topic here and I'm not quite experienced, so I may have made a mistake. Thank you for your words, I appreciate it very much. Such comments help me to compose better, and at the same time give me the enthusiasm and zeal to continue!

Quasi un santo (Almost a Saint) is by original symphonic composition characterized by a simple melody and straightforward harmony. The piece showcases an interplay of solo instruments, weaving together to create a unique and intriguing tonal color. This is an excerpt from the composition, which is still a work in progress. I would be very interested in hearing any feedback or thoughts—do you think I should continue developing it further?
