There is no exclusive signing here, it is purely an agreement on a per-album basis. Please be aware that we are NOT looking for songs. What are we looking for? Since you are requesting finished product, I assume that you are looking to merely license the works, rather than to own them (though a work for hire doctrine, for example...)?
