February 25, 200917 yr (verse 1) I've been trapped in this same scene, I can't escape this frightning dream. Everytime I try opening my eyes, They continue tightning. (verse 2) I feel like I have been asleep for days, I can't even feel the sun's warming rays. All I see around me is this same scene. Won't someone wake me from this dream. June 24, 200916 yr There's also a new musical that's mostly rock feel. It's called next to normal. These lyrics remind me very much of the song from that called "You Don't Know". You can find it on youtube.
July 2, 200916 yr Very dark but I like yet. Yo maybe you could do two things, but it's only my idea. One is to cut out 'warming' in connection to the sun - adjectives to describe stuff can sometimes be awkward in songs. The other thing is that you could let your imagination run wilder - I like 'thoughts continue to die', you need a little more unusual word pictures like that, just to make the words jump out and be memorable. Refer to people, the street, animals, whatever takes your fancy but give us more images, they are great. thanks for sharing Jai
