March 28, 200917 yr I was in the chatroom earlier tonight with andy light when suddenly I couldn't type anymore. I could copy and paste in there and press enter but after a while I could only copy and paste and then I would have to click send. I closed the window and came back in but the problem kept on. Not sure if it's a big deal, but just telling you about it.
March 28, 200917 yr I have noticed something odd with the chatbox, but thought it was because of my old computer. Sometimes there are heavy delays in the shoutbox. I mean I type something and it pops up very much later. I have a 24mbit bandwidth.
March 28, 200917 yr If the problems have cleared by now, these delays are most likely a problem with YC's server at peak times. There may be peak times where YC is slow, due to other resource hogs residing on this server. I think 10 other users are on the same server in which YC resides, which is a downside of being on a virtual private server. The upside is, it is cheaper :) Let me know if these problems are consistent.
