It's actually not your typical Nocturne. It is actually two short rondos, in a sense. It is for four hands.

I really liked this piece, I very much enjoyed the energy, it has some elements of Chopin in it. I would, however love to hear a bit more than straight arpeggiation in the left hand, or... whatever hand of the four was doing it, to create some more harmonic interest.

I really liked your melodies and your textures were very cool. But with a piece like this, with such straightforward harmonies, I feel like it needs a little bit more dissonance with some nonharmonic tones, nothing insane, just a few graces here and there would do it.

This is literally my only criticism: at :24 or so through 30:, and repeated at about 58: thru :60? You may want to consider stretching that out a little longer, it's a very neat part that ends too quickly!

As for 1:14 to the end -- absolutely gorgeous.

It was quite interesting. Some parts remind Beethoven. There are some elements of Chopin. I did not think so "Classic." Some harmonies and textures that you used are not typical of classicism. In my opinion you made a mix of various styles. But this mixture was very consistent, congratulations! I really like this kind of music. It brings something new to our ears without abandoning tonal system.

This composition has a lot potentional. With that, thgere are a couple of things to note. I think we if tempo was slower, then we could hear the melody more. Also,having this as two compositions will make it easier to follow and appericate your work. Also, rondoes are longer compositions, so it will help you to write them in that form. Or.... You could re write as a noctunre. Either way will benefit your composition. The harmony seems to be static at times. I don't know if I misheard something or what. Also, alot of the ormentation could be removed...it was distracting to me at least.

A score is also a good idea. It will help those that are listening to the music.

i don't know if this is something that happened after you uploaded your composition or not the ending is super abrupt. if it's not a post uploading issue, then i think that the ending needs to have a more gradual ending. other than that, it was a realllly good piece.

I agree with the other posters. It's a really good piece and could be great with a little tweaking, most definitely the ending and perhaps a live recorded version for the little things the computer can't really pull off.

Indeed, the piece fairly reminds of a nocturne. Probably there is nothing supernew in the harmony and melody, but it’s all very logical and clear in times of musical form. And despite the fast tempo and the unceasing movement of the sixteenths, dynamic character and moll, the piece turned out to be very positive and bright. I would definitely include it into my repertoire =)

Such energy with this. This is really nice! I agree with extending it a bit here and there, but it still sounds incredible. Nice work. Yeah just from the start you're kind of pulled in heh.
