January 5, 201016 yr Wow, definitely keep writing. For a first composition or not, I really enjoyed this. It gets a little repetitious in some sections, but that's my only complaint. I like the "rock" elements put into the piece. Definitely gives it a different flavor from stuff I expect to hear. As the person above me said, it would be cool to also hear the original rock version. Keep it up!

January 5, 201016 yr Author Oryginally I wrote this piece for my band that includes electric guitar, electric bass, piano and synth (wich are played by the same person) and drums. This was just a "musical background" for a song, but few days ago I began to give to the midi files classical sounds just to hear how it sounds like. So the guitar turn into an Harp, the Bass into Cello, the right hand of the pianist an English Horn, the left into Bass. In the Chorus pianist play with the right hand the synth, and it became a couple of violins. I only introduce two trumpets at the beginning. I hope I've respect the right extension of each instruments, and I hope the parts are really playable. Unfortunately I'didn't record this piece with my band yet. I'm gonna do it! Thank you everybody for encouraging me!

January 16, 201016 yr The rhythmic work is really cool (though just a little cliched at the start, but that's acceptable: you break out of it very early, and ironically it adds to the uniqueness of the piece that you did), nice job! A problem I have with it is that it is very...level. There's not a part that really gets you pumped, and there's not an anti-climax either, it's just...level! Fortunately the overall sound is good, and the piece is well put together, but I think this piece would definitely benefit from a sort of climax of some sort, as opposed to the plateau from start to finish. I would LOVE to hear the rock version: PLEASE upload it, if even remotely possible! Thanks for sharing, I enjoyed this very much!
January 25, 201016 yr This is acutally pretty sick. The drums are a bit constant -- I'd like to hear a bit more variety in the sounds used. But then again, it works. The synths are all pretty high quality. This really makes the song a lot more intriguing. The melody is nice and snaky for the most part, but the rhythmic hits a are a bit overused. The piano sounds pretty tiring to play, but it's meant to rock, so physical exertion is needed. There's a lot going on here, but a lot of it is repeated verbatim. Nice atmospheric track.

You've used some nice ideas here and blended both classical and rock elements into the piece well. I like the way in which you have developed your ideas also. I would suggest another bass line perhaps at some points in the music to level out the treble clef melody. Otherwise, an ace job, keep going!
