Schizophrenic Lady Bug

 at the title.

It's not often I really enjoy a modern piece but I really liked this.

Bravo to you and your title

Awesome title... 2:29-2:54 is incredible. Great piece, really enjoyed listening to it. :)

I definitely like the section around 1:20. <3. Great job on this. Love the title. I would like the sheet much though. I want to try to play this.

Thanks for the comments!

Sorry, the sheets are really messy and in bunches. It would take me ages to rearrange them and put them in Finale.

Great work. Title made me chuckle as well

Very nice recording, the harmonies are very nice, the pacing is good. I think what you do in the piano accompanient is very orchestral. The part starting around 1:15 is a very stringlike orchestral figure and it sounds very nice the way you use it. I love the use of rests in this piece, and the quick stops you throw in there to catch off gaurd. I think you could work on some of the voice leading, if you did that I think the piece would work more. There are a few ntoes that sound out of place, and I think it's primarily due to the voice leading...!

Nice work!

The harmonies are very nice. I love the atmosphere. I would really like to play this myself. Any change you can upload a score? ;)

The only issue is the ending. Everything was lovely light and sweet, and then the end is like: burp...

Paranoid: Thanks! I'm more proud of the title than anything else :P

Mogri: Thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed the rests. I'm playing a Mozart Fantasy that's just filled with gaps... I tried to incorporate something like that. And I'll try to work on my voice leading in the mean time.

Jr: Thanks. Again, sorry, no score... or anytime soon. Not till maybe next month after I'm done school. :P The ending is pretty fail, I'll admit. It's like someone's skipping on a cliff, and then *plop*, falls to her death.

Thanks again for the comments.

Wow... I am going to be your fan. Definitely. Really good job. Your music does NOT remind me of any other music and that''s what most valuable for me. The ending was AWESOME, whatever you say, it was my favorite part of the piece ) Keep posting.

P.S. Hate your title :P

Woah, old piece xD

Thanks a lot though. I listened to a lot of your works, and you have great stuff. You write with a lot of percussiveness I hope to write someday. I'll comment on your stuff in a bit.

Thanks again. :)

delicious!!

humorous, grotesque, but also with great feeling and harmony.

maybe too long 4 this kind of piece....

The title is definitely strange ... I don't really like it, honestly  I think it kind of detracts from the beauty of the piece. It's really very pretty -- there's kind of a dark, noir feel to it, almost ... intrigue of a fantastical nature, to me  It's really enthralling to me.

Thanks for sharing, Sepharite! :D

I think the ending gives it some hilarity :D but I enjoyed many parts of this.
