No description? Ah well, fair enough. Is this meant as 1 song? It works as a couple of different cues mixed together (which I guess it is), but not as a single song (or, maybe, when it accompanies some quickly changing scenes, but I would like to see that first). Sounds great and I like the different moods you set, none were boring. :D

Welcome to YC, Green! Great piece!

A description would be nice. Very beautiful, though. What sample is that guitar?

It sounds like Red Steel 2 and Christopher Lennertz combined. The second half of the piece not so much Red Steel 2. Sometimes, the strings sound like Fullmetal Alcemist.

Nice pause at 2:07. You had me guessing there for a second.

Neat switch to minor at 2:45. Nice full string sound at 2:58. It just kinda envelopes you.

Great mixing, btw. Everything's placed in the right spot, everything comes through well. Even when you have the strings coming in at 3:18 and you're keeping the piano quiet yet audible.

Great work, Green! Give Marius' article, "Tips for Getting More Feedback", at the top of the forum a read. Two quick things you could do would be to describe your piece so that people know how to respond to it and to comment on other's works. If they see you commenting on theirs, they'll return the favor to you.

Peace,

-John

Hey... a new guy... Welcome to the board! Musical... not very talkative I see :)

You know, giving reviews is a lot easier for us reviewers if you give us some context to put a piece in.

As it is, I can say I liked it, it does feel a bit disconnected at times, but you have some great melodic ideas and execution was really good. I like the moody part at minute 3 very much, the piano, the subtle strings with vibrato, celeste (is it?) it was all very well put together. I missed a really memorable roaring melody in this, but maybe you didn't intend it to be like that.

Good job all in all.

thanks for the comment. I had to work on the translation, very sorry that I really do not know much English.

So I do not even know how to respond, how to help ...

(Google translate)

Where are you from?

Wow. I absolutely love this :D Great Job!

does anyone know if it was made by samples only? the mix sounds really good.

by the way green, nice piece!

Wow...great job! Not much else to say, very solid!

so innovative. I love the string oriented ensemble, very light-hearted, but really touches deep.

I really liked it mate! it could be on a very nice chickflick :)

It's very nice but I would agree with the structure could be a bit more cohesive, with the western guitar and then the string ensemble and piano accents later on.
