Peter_W. Posted April 8, 2011 Posted April 8, 2011 I think the "Report problems with the new site HERE" thread has run its course. Although there are still a handful of unaddressed bugs. On my desktop I don't set the option to "Remember me" upon login. BUT my information remains logged onto the network and if I stay on the network I'm logged in. As soon as I access the forum, that information goes away. And this goes hand in hand with the other issue. If I DO click "Remember me", then the information does NOT remain on the network, though I can browse the forum logged in. Why is there a disconnect between what is happening on the network and forum?? It's very odd and a nuisance. Quote
Elizabeth Posted April 8, 2011 Posted April 8, 2011 This is what was happening to me before I switched to Chrome. Are you in Internet Explorer? Quote
Guest John Pax Posted April 8, 2011 Posted April 8, 2011 I use both Chrome and Firefox.. this happens all the time for both browsers. Quote
Black Orpheus Posted April 8, 2011 Posted April 8, 2011 I use both Chrome and Firefox.. this happens all the time for both browsers. Yep. I have this issue sometimes in Firefox. Quote
HeckelphoneNYC Posted April 8, 2011 Posted April 8, 2011 Happens when I use chrome after not coming on for about 36 hours. :veryunsure: Quote
Ferkungamabooboo Posted April 8, 2011 Posted April 8, 2011 Yeah i have this problem too in safari. But i'm always futzing with my cache so i dunno. maybe a variable is switched? but allegedly it's all connected so i dunno. but it's lame, cuz i prefer to review on the network side, and then my review disappears as i'm redirected to the homepage. chopin Posted April 8, 2011 Posted April 8, 2011 I'm using firefox 3.6.16, and I have been logged in both the network and forum indefinitely. Can you guys clear your cache and use the newest version of FF? Then report back if you are still having these problems. I honestly don't know what the problem could be since I am having a hard time replicating this. Quote
Peter_W. Posted April 8, 2011 Author Posted April 8, 2011 Chopin: use IE any version. You'll get it. I don't use FF if I can help it. Quote
