August 22, 20169 yr While I was studying FORMS, I wrote a series of short piano Sonatinas. I'd like to bring some of them. I'll do it one by one. This Sonatina I is written using alternative scales, bitonality (m 17..., A maj + Cmaj...) Things like these are clusters, and they are played with the palm (in this case). Not sure the player works OK, alternative: SONATINA I.mp3
August 22, 20169 yr I really like this. The harmony that comes from the scales you use and their combination is interesting and beautiful. I'm always attracted to figures like the rising 5ths at the beginning and ending. Looking forward to hearing a few other little sonatas It seems like the new player is not compatible with Chrome. It says I need to update my browser or flash, but both are up to date.
August 23, 20169 yr I like it. It gives the impression of the exploration of a new world of composition and of "sound painting". It is impressive that you compose in these alternative tonalities and can create coherent and interesting music in them.
