Element Zero (Mass Effect SFX)

Featured Replies

Here I decided to experiment with the SFX of Mass Effect while incorporating my own music behind them. Essentially I wanted to create a frightening and terrifying atmosphere.

Just something different I wanted to try out.

Edit:

The SFX include the voices and machine sound.

Everything else is my own:

strings, melody, arpeggio, drum, the pad, cymbal crashes.

I don't know wht is yours and what not here, but it doesn' matter.

I think your work gains when there is a context behind, because it's very descriptive.

Only the voices and machine sounds are the SFX. Everything else is mine.

Just the thought and Idea to recreate a mood is highly creative. I am not around my earphones to listen in depth just yet but  from my computer speakers the mood is clear.

OK, the synchronization work is also remarkable!

Thanks for listening everyone. Each audio dialogue and sound effect belonged to different parts of the original game. So what I did was take the ones I thought could add to my idea and piece them together to recreate a different mood.
