Hello,

This is a problem, which does not occur very often, but it is very troublesome in topics for collaborative composition projects:
When you open a collaboration topic (example see below), all mp3 files play automatically with the result that all mp3s sound at the same time. Afterwards, one has to click all stop buttons of all mp3 boxes to listen to only one of the files.

Is it possible to prevent all these mp3 files playing when you open the topic?

Regards,

Maarten

I see what you are saying.  Unfortunately I only know how to enable/disable autoplay globally.  So the only way to fix this issue is to simply shut off autoplay, and I am not sure if this is desired.

To be honest, I think it does not really hurt. When somebody wants to hear the audio, one simply clicks on the play button. The topic of which I posted the link is not the only case. There are more topics where composers share more versions of it. I think it is much more disturbing when one needs to click more than four different audio boxes to stop the cacophony than clicking each time on the play button.

I turned off autoplay for now.  Let's see if this change is receptive.

Thank you very much! We will see if people want the auto play back.
