Dancing Queen arrangement

Luis' comment is very true.

The music sounds very full, which is beautiful, but for me the music is too static, which is caused by 'harmony blocking.'
You really should add more counterpoint.

The contrasts are very effective.

I appreciate these comments. This is meant to be easy to learn quickly and perform by a (if I'm honest) not-very-good band. Does it sound too simple?

Yes, it sounds too easy and counterpoint doesn't have to make music harder to play actually.
In fact, it will benefit your music.

Thank you for the feedback. I will think about changing some of this to make it better. I was told by my music teacher that it would be easy to make it too hard so we didn't want to make it too hard. I think we went too easy.

Towards the end, you already use more individual lines, so there is already a foundation for further improvements. Especially the bass parts profit immensely from having some individuality that contrasts with the melody. There are also some good ideas with contrasting blocks of instruments.
