December 24, 20178 yr My silly Christmas project: the too-famous German Carol Stille Nacht with an obbligato twelve-note accompaniment :D Some liberties used by serial composers occur here, like series manipulation and one note-group repetition, and the last two bars are obviously tonal. December 26, 20178 yr Can I see your row analysis on this? It's kind of hard for me to see where everything starts and ends. I would also suggest that your measure augmentation/spacing be contracted a little bit since it can be a little hard to read at some points. Very cool to listen to!
December 30, 20178 yr Lovely! Maybe you can try to make the music easier to read? Is the music meant to sound free or very 'in-beat'? That makes sense too.
