Hypnosis

I wrote this music idea today, but no idea how continue or how to finish it. It seems I could keep modulating every 9 bar endless, but at that point I think I should come up with something different and also related to the previous bars...Any ideas?

Not sure about the key neither. I wrote it as Gm. 

It reminds me of Erik Satie...

I think it's effective, but I think you are looking for a theme 2  ... or else looking for an ending, could just be a final cadence or a series of chords in a sequence.

I does remind me of satie a bit, but it repeats a little to much in my opinion. Maybe try adding a different theme or changing something up a it

Thanks for your comments. Yes, I have to think on some variations to avoid monotony and how to finish it 🙂. 

When something like this comes to mind, it's hard to find an exit. The idea is good confronting a kind of pedal sounds with chromatic lines. It's true that as a standalone fragmente, it becomes monotonous. I would break it in measure 19 and keep that last part for a repetition or conclusion. Inserting something else. I would take care with new material because the emotion you created is very soft, since the texture is thin and constant.
